Looking ahead: In July 2023, Hexaware launched its Generative AI consulting and practice unit for the enterprise in partnership with Microsoft. This collaboration focuses on Hexaware's knowledge ecosystem solution 'Tenjin,' utilizing Microsoft Azure's OpenAI Service to create dynamic, scalable, and precise knowledge ecosystems using generative AI. Hexaware CEO R Srikrishna shared in an interview that the company aims to have nearly 100% of its tech workforce trained in Chennai through this partnership. Currently, over 11,000 employees are in the training process, with more than 3,000 having completed it. The goal is to train 100% of the tech workforce by the middle of the year.
